We can’t wait to host you at one of our events!

We accept new members to our Board of Directors at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) each spring. Prospective Directors usually have a pre-existing relationship with the Society, having attended a volunteer or outreach event. However, we are open to having new folks join based on a solid candidate statement and vouch from a member in good standing.

You can always join one of our events as a volunteer, whether you’re interested in sampling aquatic vegetation or supporting budding birdwatchers. Let us know what works for you and we can help connect you with nature in the watershed!

Please note that volunteers leading events for children will be asked for a current vulnerable sector criminal record check.
